HELLO! I received the Lush Bunty set a couple of months but have only just got around to finishing it.

The Lush Bunty set comes wrapped in a yellow paper with pretty pink polka dots all over and contains two bath bombs and two bubble bars. The bath bombs are - Space Girl and Think Pink. The bubble bars are - The Comforter and Creamy Candy.

Space Girl Bath Ballistic

Oh the smell of fruity goodness! It is covered in glitter and is pink and purple. It turned the water into a glittery purply-blue color. This was my favorite part of the Lush Bunty set and I would buy it again as a separate, mainly because of the smell.

Mini comforter Bubble Bath

It looks like a little cake you could eat! This gave a ton of bubbles and turned water awesomely pink! It’s meant to be crushed up under the water and you can get more than one bath out of it which is awesome!

Think Pink Bath Ballistic

It turned the bath into a Barbie-pink color and the bathroom smelling like a delicious sweet shop, this is a must-have for any girl! It also added twist of confetti hearts which I thought was a cute bonus.

Creamy Candy Bath Bubble Bar

It looks so pretty and smells of candy floss, a scent which lingers on the skin a few hours after use! It’s got almond oil and cocoa butter in it and feels a little bit more moisturising on the skin than the other bubble bars in the Lush Bunty set. However, I liked the comforter bubble bath a tad bit more for the amount of bubbles it creates as the bubbles in this seemed to dissolve as fast as they were made.

Overall, these bath bombs from Lush will brighten up anyone's gloomy day! If you love everything pink, fluffy and sweet, you will adore the Lush Bunty set!

HELLO! Today the 2nd of September 2014 is my blog's 5th anniversary and I can't believe that 5 years have passed since I commenced this blog in 2009 simply for the fun of it! Since 2009 I posted blogs on various topics such as beauty, make up, cosmetics, skincare, health to name few. I gained lots of followers over this period and also followed lots of blogs and to summarise I had lots of fun blogging and wish in recent times had the
time to post lots of blogs but unfortunately I am way too busy at work and hardly have any spare time even for simple leisure activities! I wish and wish my workload will soon reduce and I get the time to pursue my passion of being a beauty blogger! Something tells me this year I will get the time to post blogs more frequently - wanna know why? I consider No.5 to be my lucky number and due to this reason I feel this year I will get to post lots of beauty blogs!

Before I take leave for now let me take this opportunity to thank each and every one of my followers for supporting me all these years and want you all to know I am nothing without you all!

I pray to almighty to bring lots of joy and prosperity to everyone in this world!

Love you all my lovely followers!

Selfridges & Co is a must-stop for me on every visit to London and it never disappoints!

Here are the damages done at MAC cosmetics, Estee Lauder and Christian Dior counters. Who would have thought doing damages actually felt so good? Except for my purse. Thank God purses don't bite. Phew.

HELLO! Here go some pictures I snapped from a very short London trip I had a while ago. Went to do a little bit of shopping, while I was there I felt like like I wanted to capture every corner as a photo. Such a charming city filled with history.

I opted for all-black look. I paired my trench coat with my stud leggings and to give a street appeal. Lastly the vibrant royal blue fur handbag and gold metal belt breaks the monotony of this otherwise all-black look.

September 2013 was the last time I blogged here and this has partly been due to a busy work schedule, lots of big things on my horizon. July has certainly been a very eventful and awesome month for me, with many fun activities, trips, and projects. Recently I also celebrated my birthday (23rd of July). Anyway, I want to catch up with everyone and see how things are going on!

And without further ado I'll start with my July Empties post and so here's what I used up in July:-

LA ROCHE POSAY SEROZINC ASTRINGENT TONER

Who hasn't tried it? I really love it! The brand La Roche Posay has been a favorite of mine for quite some time. Serozinc is to be sprayed either directly on to the face or with a cotton pad after cleansing the skin to calm it down. Not only does it seem to take all of the abrasive-ness of daily facial cleansers, but it’s been keeping all of my budding skin imperfections at bay. It's not life-changing but since I ran out I've really missed it and so have put in an order so there should be a new bottle on my skincare shelf this week. Excited!

ORICO LONDON SUPERICO VITAMIN RICH FACIAL OIL

I love the fact Orico is an ethical, modern skincare company! Supporting the World Land Trust (a UK based conservation trust working in partnerships to save critically threatened habitats around the world). Orico products are Eco Certified, Cruelty-Free and support the elimination of harmful chemicals in cosmetic products. So does Orico Superico Vitamin Rich Facial Oil live up to the hype? Well, I think it does! The Superico oil is great for that extra moisture boost, it doesn't sit on skin and actually doesn't leave an oily/greasy residue! After applying every night under a face serum, I wake up looking deeply rested, no matter how little I got as sleep!

LUSH DREAM CREAM

I love Lush Dream Cream! It's got a herbal/lavender smell which isn't overpowering. As I've a combination/dry skin, my skin absorbs it quickly and on top of it being soothing and calming to my skin, it's also very moisturizing. The texture of this cream is like pudding and it feels amazing to apply. You can use it almost anywhere - even on your face! In my opinion it's worth the money.

AYUR LEMON AND HONEY FACE GEL WITH TEA TREE OIL

This is a good, standard facewash, nothing special. I like the smell, and its in a gel like form, with yellowish tint and tiny beads in it. Ayur Lemon and Honey Face Gel wash takes off makeup but leaves my skin feeling tight, plus I don’t get that feeling of deep cleaning. It worked just average for me, I can't say I'd repurchase.

BOOTS TIME DELAY DAILY SKIN HEALTH DAILY BRIGHTENING CLEANSING LOTION

I like this cleanser. Absorbs in and takes off most of my make up! I follow this up with the La Roche Posay Serozinc toner. Boots Time Delay cleansing lotion is gentle and has left my skin soft and moisturised. Smells lovely too. If you have a dry skin then do give it a try, its definitely worth the money.

Apologies, this post ended up being a little longer than I expected it to be! But, I hope that you're all good, and thanks for reading my July Empties post!
The Beautifierhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15869535755843083724noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6899559716711755823.post-42845515889185766562013-09-02T17:40:00.000+01:002013-09-02T17:40:38.421+01:00ASIAN BEAUTIFIER - 4TH ANNIVERSARY!

HELLO!
LONG TIME NO SEE!

Oh
My God! How time flies! It feels like yesterday when out of sheer impulse I just simply created this blog and next thing you know 4 years
have passed! As I said time just flies! And looking back I noticed I
created so many posts, slowly but steadily gained a substantial number
of followers, made lots of online blog pals, posted tonnes of comments on
other blogs, learned lots and lots of things related to beauty, cosmetics, makeup, fashion and what not! Did I mention time flies? I
must admit the previous year (3rd year of this blog) hasn't been very
eventful mainly due to lots of important real life commitments (studies,
career, you know) I have not been able to post many blog posts but I
hope and pray (and request all of my followers to do the same) that this
year I get the time, energy and patience to create new posts on a
regular basis.

Thank you for dropping by!
Expect to see new posts and giveaways in the coming days [HOPEFULLY]!

CIAO ALL! XOXO

Grimas Eyeshadows are an absolutely must-have for makeup artists or for those who have a keen eye for artistic makeup and want to expand their makeup kit on a budget.
Now, let me tell you that I am in noway sponsored by Grimas, my entire collection of Grimas eyeshadows is purchased by me and this is my honest review as always!
My love affair with Grimas eyeshadows started when I saw a makeup artist using the Grimas eyesadows on a client during a photo-shoot. The eyeshadows looked super pigmented and easy to blend, and I was so impressed by her collection of Grimas Eyeshadows that I set a mission to get my very own Grimas Eyeshadow. I searched across various places and finally found them on facepaint-uk.com.While browsing the Grimas section on this website I came across various eyeshadow palettes containing 12 Grimas eyeshadows in each palette which I found too hard to resist and finally ended up buying 2 Grimas Rouge palettes on my very first purchase! I'll admit It was a bit of a splurge considering I had never tested out this brand before and still decided to buy a substantial amount of eyeshadows on my very first purchase, but now I am holding no regrets what-so-ever!. After my First order, I have ordered multiple times cause I love these eye shadows and want to expand my Grimas eyeshadows collection :)
Grimas is a well known ethical brand when it comes to artistic/professional makeup. They offer a range of high quality makeup products at a reasonable price. They don't believe in fancy packaging, as they let their products speak for themselves.
Grimas Eyeshadows come in an impressive array of colours, textures and finish.
They are available in three major types:

Rouge Eyeshadows

Pearl Eyeshadows

Cream Eyeshadows

Grimas also sell water makeup in singles as well as palette form, which I have already reviewed on my blog (blog post: Grimas Water Makeup Palette 'A' and 'B' and An Introduction To Face Painting!)

My Grimas eye shadow collection is made up of Rouge, Pearl and Cream eyeshadows (I use cream eyeshadows as an eyeshadow base - a review coming later). Rouge eyeshadows have a matte finish and they are super pigmented and true to colour on the pan, they are my absolute favorite among all my Grimas eyeshadows! Pearl eyeshadows are basically a semi-sheer eyeshadow with a satin/pearly finish, you can apply them wet for an intense eye look.
I despise to say that the rouge eyeshadows are not meant to be used wet, I found this out from a trial and error method, I happened to add a few drops of water on the eyeshadow to see if the eyeshadow was suited for an intense wet look but once it dried the shadow was kind of crusty and it became almost impossible to apply the eyeshadow afterwards, so I wont advice using the rouge eyeshadows for a wet application!

Grimas eyeshadow palette come in an Innovative stack design and consist of twelve good sized eyeshadows. The palettes are sturdy and all the eyeshadows come with their own lid but if you want the palettes to be stacked on top of each other then you will have to remove their lids first, but you may choose to keep the lids on topmost palette to prevent them from hardening or collecting bacteria/dust etc.. I have been storing my Grimas palettes in a stacked form since over a year now and I am glad to report that there has been no hardening /drying of the shadows stacked beneath the topmost palette

You can buy empty palettes for your Grimas eyeshadows and stack them vertically. They don't take up much space and are great for travelling too!

I've bought a lot of Grimas eyeshadows/refills in singles as well. I stick them into my empty palettes and this way I can create my very own custom colour palettes and sort them on the basis of different color families or looks I'm going in for.

That's all ladies and gentlemen, I hope you liked my Grimas Eye Shadow Collection! I can't recommend Grimas eyeshadows enough! They are perfect for everyday as well as artistic makeup look. They are very pigmented, easy to apply, blend well and are very long lasting!

HELLO! I just got a new pair of studded boots and I am super excited about them! I have had this obsession for studded/spikey boots and accessories for quite sometime now, so it’s great to add these to my boots collection! I think the studs and spikes look amazing on high heels.
Every boot-a-nista knows about the infamous (!) Jeffrey Campbell Lita boots, which are making the rounds in almost every fashion blog and being raved about a lot by Youtube fashion gurus! But the main issue for most of us is the hefty price tag that comes with these JC shoes! While there are people who don't mind splurging on a good pair of branded shoes, I simply cannot afford to part with that much cash on a pair of boots (atleast for now but who knows in the future). But why do we need to spend that much money when we have eBay and the good old high street? So I bought these Jeffery Cambell Lita lookalike boots from eBay for £20 + P&P.
I simply can’t wait to wear my new studded boots on a night out with my disco pants! I don’t even mind that they are quite heavy. So what do you think? Do you love them?

HELLO! Today the 8th of March is International Women's day! A day dedicated to women across the world, it has been observed since the 1900s as a mark of respect for Women! I am proud of the fact that I was born a woman and wish each and everyone of you (especially women) a very Happy International Women's day! Long live womanhood!

On this special occasion of International women's day I took time out to try out something ultra luxurious and also feel pampered and spoiled as a woman (its International women's day after all) and so decided to paint my nails with my brand new luxurious Givenchy Vernis Brillant Couture in shade 609! I am bowled over by the royal packaging of Givenchy Vernis Brillant Couture! I admit the packaging was one of the reasons I decided to splurge on it. The varnish bottle is so eye-catching and beautiful, I just can't get my eyes off this beauty!

This nail varnish is priced on the higher side and frankly speaking is not the best deal for the price in terms of color payoff and drying time. You will need atleast three coats of this nail varnish to make it look a bit okay on nails, which is not desirable considering the high price I paid for it. It also took a while to dry and seemed to be one of the longest drying nail varnishes I have used in a long time! The color looks really pretty though - it's a pastel yellow with a pearly look, will go well with almost any outfit color in my wardrobe.

Despite a few hitches, I still love the color and would definitely wear the Givenchy Vernis Brillant Couture again :)

HELLO! I decided to try out my Grimas Eyeshadow palette (review coming soon!) and came up with this Purple and Green look. HELLO! What? Yet another post about shoes? Yes! But what can I do, I've been a little shoe crazy of late.

It so happened in the week before I decided to treat myself to a little shopping at Peacocks. Once there I instantly went to the shoe section to find something cute to wear and these classic bow detail court shoes caught my eyes. They seem pretty durable with the block heels so I'll see how long they last.

These Buckle detail pumps are from Tommy & Kate. I bought them from eBay for £10 last week.I really like them as they are nice and comfy. I hate it when the backs of pumps are really stiff as they hurt my heels. I think I will wear them for work as they look quite smart in apperance.

These black suede court shoes with chain detail are from New Look. I just think they look so chic n classy! I'm excited to wear them and hopefully they won't kill my feet!
Thats it for now folks! Hope you liked my February Shoe Haul!

HELLO! Today's post is a first for me! It’s my first 'Top 10' post and in this I am going to list the top 10 best dressed people of the year 2012 (UK)! Although this list is related to the UK, it might contain names of a few celebs who are actually not from UK but still their dressing style had considerable influence in UK in terms of popularity! Let me mention I did quite a lot of research (mainly through the internet) and scanned through a lot of pics of various celebrities and especially gave priority to the dresses they wore in the year 2012 and so I mostly looked at pics of them visiting a major event (mostly in the UK) and made my final choice after carefully looking at their pics. Finally, I managed to zero in at 10 celebrities. Then I started rating their dress and accessories based on the color, cut, form, style and overall appearance. I have posted their pic (courtesy Google) in this list for you to look and decide! I am sure most of you will agree (some of you might not as well) with my choice of 10 best dressed people of 2012 (UK) Okay on with the list!

At No. 10 is.......... Adele! This Grammy Winner and platinum record selling artiste is not just known for her divine voice but also for her dress sense! She doesn't resort to wearing super glamorous outfits [unlike her contemporaries] but instead chooses to dress in a very elegant and classy manner! Check out this outfit she wore at the Grammys last year and you will agree with me:

No.9.......... Jennifer Tilly. This actress is well known in the US and has a cult following in UK as well thanks to her offbeat roles in movies such as the 'Chucky' series. Apart from being a famous
actress she is also a professional poker player and takes part in major poker tournaments! Anyways here she is in a cool looking dress she wore at an event recently.

No.8........ Michelle Obama. The First Lady of USA not just gets praised for her dressing style in The US but also over here in the UK! Her dresses manage to attract attention wherever she goes and its rightly so as she manages to dress elegantly just like the wife of a president should!

No.7.............. Tom Cruise. Leaving aside his personal life and beliefs he manages to attract attention not just with his super handsome looks or infectious smile but also his dress style! Not many guys in UK will admit that they like to imitate his dressing style or mannerisms! No matter what outfit, Tom somehow manages to look cool in it and remember the dude is in his 50s but still has a loyal following amongst the young even today! Check out this cool outfit he wore in 2012

No. 6.............Shane Warne. The famous Aussie spinner is currently dating Elisabeth Hurley! He is quite the ladies’ man and its evident that it’s not just his looks which gets attention but also his dressing style as well! Here he is at an event wearing a formal suit!

No. 5.................Kim Kadrashian. She might not be from UK but so what; she is one of the most popular celebs in the UK inspite of not being from here! And it’s with reason so! Her show keeping up with the Kardashians is super popular in UK and whenever she visits the UK she gets mobbed by 1000s of fans! Her dressing style is widely copied by many all over the world and UK is no exception. Here is a pic of her in a super cool yellow gown:
No. 4...........Kate Moss. Inspite of the fact 100s of supermodels came after her she still manages to attract attention. Some say it’s her drop dead gorgeous looks and some say her dressing style which is very popular throughout the UK! I am in full agreement with both and this pic of hers from 2012 proves it:

No.3........... Cheryl Tweedy [Formerly Cole]. She might no longer be associated with the X factor but Cheryl Tweedy [formerly Cole] still manages to get talked about whether it’s about her drop dead gorgeous looks or her super cool outfits! Her dressing style is widely imitated not just in England but in the US and Europe as well! She has her own dress line and most of her outfits are selling like hot cakes!

At No.2 it is............... David Beckham. The sexy hunk manages to make it to almost every well-dressed celebrities list out there and mine is no exception! Whether it’s a body hugging T or a blazer or just plain a plain brief [!] this hunk manages to make it look good!

No.1 Best Dressed Celeb of 2012 is............... The Duchess of Cambridge [Kate Middleton]. It’s no surprise she made it to no. 1 in this list! Her regal and pretty looks compliment almost any dress out there and it’s the dress which gets the honors when she wears it than the other way around! Almost every dress she has worn has been copied and worn by 1000s of women out there! Hey it’s not without reason she has been tipped to be the next queen of Great Britain!
HELLO! Belated New Year 2013 Greetings to all of you! This
week I “lashed out” a bit and decided to go for a set of colourful,
playful, multi glitter lashes on my friend's b'day party. I received two
set of lashes from JINNYlash, who stock a full range of fabulous lashes for any occasion. The two pairs of lashes that I received were - Black Swan Strip lashes and Disco Diva Strip lashes.

Black Swan
is a set of wispy lashes with added black feathers. They are thinly
spaced and the length of the lashes increases as you move from the inner
part of the lash to the outer part of the lash. They give your lashes a
lot of length, as opposed to volume.

Disco Diva
is a dramatic multi glitter lashes with added length and shape for
extra impact. They are ultimate party lashes giving a terrific look and
perfect for a special occasion!

The lashes come in a
pretty box with nice damask pattern on the sides which I am displaying
on my dressing table these days! Each pair comes with a mini tube of
lash glue which I think is a clever idea as you don't have to rush to
the town to get a lash glue in case you run out of them! The mini lash
tube also comes very handy while travelling or touch ups during the day.

The
best part about these lashes is that they are very sturdy yet
lightweight and therefore last a long time plus the strength also means
they are very easy to clean.

FOTD- me wearing the Disco Diva lashes :)

I really like these lashes for nights out but feel are a little too heavy for daytime use!

Tip-
when using the glue – instead of dropping it onto the lash, rather
slide the glue across the upper lash line using a thin applicator such
as a toothpick.

So there you are! That was my
post about JINNYlash eyelashes! So have any of you tried them or
planning to? How do you feel about it?

HELLO! I really needed these Ombre jeans in my life!!! I totally LOVE everything about these jeans- the colour the ombre effect, the zip detailing on the sides, the fit, the material, everything is so PERFECT! They are super skinny, skin tight jeans but feel like a second skin on you! Gosh I love how they make my legs look so slim and my butt look amazing too :P. These Jeans are from www.zalando.co.uk. Check them out here.
If you are interested in these Ombre jeans then you might be better off ordering a size bigger because I had ordered them in Size 26 (UK Size 8) however when I received them the tag on these jeans showed a Size 26 but on the label inside the jeans it was showing a Size 25! I was lucky to fit in them as I'm a small Size 8 but if you are true to your Dress size then you may find them a bit too tight for you. For those of you who find Size 8 jeans a bit loose on them but cannot manage to fit into a Size 6 dress either then these jeans are your best bet for a super skinny look!

HELLO! I'm loving these lipsticks from Sleek MakeUP! These are nicely pigmented, creamy, and affordable ( £4.99 each from SleekmakeUP website)! The packaging is elegant and the colour is long lasting, I can get around 3 hours wear before it starts to fade. There are 20 shades of these lipsticks and they are available in two finishes - Sheen and Matte. I have these lipsticks in shades ‘Barely There’ and ‘Fuchsia’, both have a sheen finish. I Love both shades!

I would wear the Fuchsia on a night out or during the evening and wear Barely There during the day as it looks so light and fresh, and looks gorgeous with dramatic eye makeup!.

The Sleek True Colour 'sheen' finish lipsticks just glide on and have a waxy finish, nice and shiny but still very pigmented.

The texture of these feel very similar to the MAC cremesheens.

HELLO! Firmoo is a global online optical store offering a wide variety of prescription glasses/sunglasses to pick from. Their eyeglasses are stylish yet affordable and their goal is - "Vision and fashion the frugal way". The best thing about Firmoo is that they have a first pair FREE program (just pay shipping) and you can get a refund/exchange if you're not satisfied!
When I was approached by Firmoo to review a free pair of glasses/sunglasses, I checked their website to see what they had to offer. Right away I was impressed by the amount of positive customer reviews they had and Facebook followers. I finally decided to order a pair of Semi-Rimlesss Prescription Glasses, firstly because I'm blind as a bat and secondly because I have too many sunglasses.

Within two weeks my glasses arrived. The glasses are stylish, well-made and they fit just right (Firmoo requires eye measurements so you get your perfect fit).

I was also impressed by the extras that came with the glasses, i.e. carrying case, pouch, etc.

The glasses are amazing! It has got a clip-on so that you can also wear them as sunglasses and nobody can ever tell that you are wearing a pair of specs underneath!

The clip-on protects the eyes from harmful UV rays and its a great alternative to the your standard pair of sunglasses!

HELLO! I enjoy reading these kinda posts a lot and thought it would be a good way to share my November empties post! Today I am reviewing a bunch of skincare, haircare and makeup products that I've been using in my daily routine and now they are all empties. I really like a few of them while some of them I am not very keen on and won't be repurchasing it.

Make Up For Ever HD Foundation - This is one of my all time favourite foundation and I've finished my second bottle and very much set to buy my third bottle. I use this foundation in shade 125. I'm a shade NC25-30 in MAC depending upon the season. I would say this foundation shade is more close to NC25 and has got a neutral tone. I absolutely love its texture and it hides my skin imperfections very well. I highly recommend this foundation. Click link to see full review - Make Up For Ever HD Foundation.

N.Y.C Smooth Mineral Loose Foundation Powder with SPF 12 - I like to use a mineral foundation on days when my skin is sensitive and when I am in hurry and need a quick fix. So far, my most beloved 'mineral' foundation is the Bare Minerals foundation, the N.Y.C one is just okayish, it doesn't give a great coverage and luminescence but it's not as expensive as the Bare i.d foundation, I sometimes use it instead of loose powder and it works fine for that.

Jason Organic Vitamin E with A & C Body Enhancing Shampoo - I have had this from Summer last year and you can tell its old! It wasn't very expensive but being an organic as well as a skin friendly product I was expecting much more from this, sadly it's not something I'm going to repurchase to cleanse my hair, its not a bad product but I am more happy with my newly purchased Matrix shampoo (a review later) so I rather use this for cleaning my brushes, it works great and is kind on my brushes and skin, thanks to its organic nature.

Lush Ibiza Party Shampoo - This shampoo would make a great everyday shampoo, but the fact is that I don't wash my hair every single day so I am not keen on repurchasing this, it does lather up well but it does not have a strong cleansing power. I like the smell of it and for the price it's not a bad buy.

Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic Almond Moisturising Lotion - bought this lotion from India earlier in this year but because of its thick texture I opted to not use this in the summer and finally started using it by mid August. It's a nice moisturiser for colder season and I recommend it for combination to dry skin. I like the light almond scent on this a lot. It needs a bit of massaging into the skin but does not leave any greasiness behind, I might stock on this on my next trip to india.

Ayur Tulsi Neem Fase Wash - This one's a fail. I hate its smell, its a major put off for me, infact there is still a bit left in the tube but I couldn't be bothered. It is not a great cleanser either so my advise is to skip on this one!

Ayur Herbal Deep Pore Cleansing Milk with Aloe Vera - I LOVE this! This cleansing milk is so gentle yet so effective! It removes waterproof makeup very well and nourishes my skin at the same time, it does not drag on my skin like some cleansers do, neither does it make my skin super oily or sticky. This was my second bottle and I am definitely going to repurchase it and would recommend it to anyone!

Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturiser for Dry/Sensitive Skin - Well I am on fence with this one, I like it when my skin is normal, as its meant for dry/sensitive skin it does not work its magic when my skin is behaving badly/dry. I like the smell, it's a quality product made with natural ingredients and apparently safer to use on sensitive skin but unfortunately for me it does not heal my skin when its dry/sensitive and hence defeating the purpose.

Charles Worthington Results Full Volume Maximum Volume Conditioner - This conditioner does nothing for my hair, feels heavy and weigh my hair down. The ends of my hair need something more intense to banish the frizzies! I wouldn't recommend it! I am currently using the Matrix conditioner and so pleased with it, will defo do a review on it soon!

HELLO!
I have used lots of eyecare products but there are very few that I like
and very very few that I fell in love with and today's post is about
one of them - the SkinCeuticals AOX+ Eye Gel from their Prevent range!

Since
I started using them I wasnt a big fan of eye care products. I tried
most of them - the expensive ones and the drug store cheapies - but most
of them didn't work completely for me. Anyways for a long time I was
searching for a truly good eyecare product which will provide a remedy
for my slowly developing crows feet [!], puffiness around the eyes as
well as soothe the stress under the eye region and eyelids.

So
you can understand that when I started using the AOX+ eye gel I wasn't
really expecting any great results (mainly due to past experience with
eye care products)! When I first applied the AOX+ eye gel I felt a
cooling effect and it brightened up the eye area - I was impressed!
After the first application I tried the AOX+ eye gel for 3 weeks in the
morning and night, and started noticing a huge difference around my
crows feet and the area around my eyes felt so smooth and plumped up,
the wrinkles are a lot less noticable and no puffiness!
SkinCeuticals
AOX+ Eye Gel does what it says, its a gel form which absorbs
immediately into the skin plus it smells and feels light and acts as a
good eye base.

I
really like the packaging, the dark coloured bottle prevents the
product from sunlight damage and keeps the ingredients in active form
and to be on the safe side I keep the AOX+ Eye gel in the fridge
(coincidentally it adds to the cooling effect which I like)! It
sometimes stings for a few seconds after putting it on, but I've had no
other reaction from it. I assume the stinging is due to an active
ingredient in the AOX+ gel that reduces puffiness/shrinks down the skin.

The
only thing is the price tag as this product is not cheap and so if
you're on a budget I would suggest that you try the lower end products
first. Plus this product is not widely sold in the UK and can be
obtained from select outlets only (usually it will be a health spa or a
skin care centre). But if you want a serious eye care product then
SkinCeuticals AOX+ Eye gel is the one for you! The quality can be
summarised in one word - amazing!

Overall,
SkinCeuticals AOX+ Eye gel certainly deliver its promise! I would
highly recommend to give SkinCeuticals AOX+ Eye gel a try if you are in
search of a high end eye care product and want the product to work
quickly and effectively.

Let me tell
you, I don't have deep wrinkles so can't say if it would still work the
same for older ladies but for me this product gets a big thumbs up! If
you have tried the SkinCeuticals AOX+ Eye gel let me know what you think :)

my blog yet and so blog world, meet my new Koi Couture platforms...You

I was browsing the Designerwear
website and found these goooorgeous designer shoes on sale. They were
marked down from £50 to £30 which I thought was an absolute steal!

HELLO! A few weeks back while shopping at a local Boots
I came across a fantastic offer which was hard for me to resist! BarryM
were giving away a free nail polish for a minimum purchase of £6 and I
was cuffed as I really like Barry M nail paints and as it was ages since
I bought any BarryM products I decided to treat myself with some
makeup goodies!

So I got myself a BarryM nail paint in Hologram
(I've been lusting for this for a long time!) and a liquid eyeliner in
Black as I'd just finished my old Rimmel eyeliner and wanted to try
something new.

BarryM
nail polish in Hologram is so beautiful to look at and easy to put on!
This multi-coloured chunky hologram polish is no doubt is my favourite
nail paint right now. It's an amazing nail polish for the price (£2.99)
and the icing on the cake was I got a free BarryM nail polish in shade
Club Tropicana with my purchase.

I am planning on getting a lot
of BarryM nail polishes in the future as I really like the quality plus
it stays on perfectly on me for 3 days.
The
combo of BarryM Hologram and Club Tropicana is absolutely gorgeous and
this photo does it no justice! Club Tropicana is a lovely peachy colour
with a hint of shimmer. I applied the Hologram on the ends of my nail
and quite like it this way.

BarryM
liquid eyeliner is a relatively inexpensive (£4.75) drugstore eyeliner
but works very well for me! It has a user friendly pen style wand and
thus very well suited for beginners. You get total control over the
brush direction, also you can use the tip for a fine line, or you can
press a little harder to get a thicker look. It is not waterproof so if
your eyes get watery, you might wanna give this one a miss. It won't
smudge all over your face, but if you do rub your eyes, you will get
perhaps a less flattering eye makeup look!

Barry M now has these in lots of other fun colours, so if you like the sound of it, do check them out!
