HELLO! For me, glitter eyeliners are a good way to jazz up an otherwise neutral face or add a bit of 'bling' to any bright, colorful makeup look.
And When it comes to glitter liners, I heart the Glam Crystals Dazzling Gel Liner from Collection 2000 which I bought from Superdrug sometime back. Each bottle costs as little as £2.99 each and are jam packed with glitters and are much better than other drugstore brand glitter liners that I've ever come across!
These are basically bits of glitter suspended in an almost-clear gel base and can be worn alone or even layered over non-glitter eyeliner to give a little bit of bling to your look.
It comes with a precision liner for an easy, mess-free application on eyes and for detailed work, just two swipes of it would be sufficient to reveal its actual color and intensity.
They dry up fast and are rub/smudge proof, which makes them long-lasting plus no more embarrassment of getting the glitters all over the face or dress!

Le Freak 5 - a turquoise aqua glitter in sheer turquoise gel. Looks freaking cool with a purple or pink eye makeup!
Rock Chic 9 - a mix of silver and black glitter in a clear gel.
Hustle 4 - a multi-dimensional silver glitter. it looks purple, silver and blackish from different angels. It is just like the eyeliner version of OPI's polish in shade Mad as a Hatter which is so cool!
Shake It Up! 11 - a mix between blue and purple in a gel base. It's a stunning color!
