Becca Cosmetics is a brand founded by Australian Make Up artist Rebecca Morrice Williams. Her philosophy about launching Becca Cosmetics – “The whole philosophy of BECCA is about creating a natural, flawless look. It’s really about skin looking amazing – everything else is secondary.”
